Biography and Work Experience
Patrick McAuliffe draws from his experience as a respected litigation attorney and Administrative Law Judge to serve as a uniquely effective mediator. Even in the most difficult cases, he will help guide the parties to a resolution. Whether working with highly sophisticated litigants or individuals experiencing a legal issue for the first time, Patrick brings insight, patience and empathy to mediations. He is known for finding ways to resolve contested cases where vastly different perceptions stand in the way of settlement.
Patrick has an extensive background in insurance litigation matters. He has worked at award-winning boutique law firms in insurance and mass tort litigation. He has successfully prosecuted and defended a very diverse myriad of claims which include, but are not limited to:

Patrick was an Administrative Law Judge, where he oversaw matters of building construction, environmental and code violations, in addition to other and various quality of life issues. He has an extensive background in being a third party neutral having conducted several thousand hearings. He is now certified as a civil circuit mediator by the State of Florida.
With his broad background in litigation coupled with an extensive experience as a third party neutral, Patrick possesses a seasoned understanding of how each side evaluates a claim. This capability makes him distinctively qualified to effectively and efficiently mediate your case.
